WHERE I CAN HELP

What needs
figuring out?

You don’t have to arrive with the solution. These are some of the things I can help you work through.

Your product page leaves too many questions unanswered.

I help organize the product story, images, fit, materials, and care information so shoppers can understand what they’re choosing. We look at what belongs near the buy button and what needs a closer explanation.

Product page reviews, clearer copy, and page layouts.

The theme is getting in the way of the store you want.

Awkward mobile layouts, confusing navigation, collection pages that feel unfinished—I work through those details in Shopify and BigCommerce and help make the shopping experience more considered.

Storefront design, theme customization, and mobile fixes.

The brand feels different everywhere customers find it.

I help connect the visual direction, product presentation, and language across your storefront and customer touchpoints. The goal is for the business to feel recognizable as people move between them.

Brand direction and a more consistent customer experience.

You have a long list of improvements and need to choose.

I bring a founder’s perspective to sorting the list: what is confusing customers, what affects the path to purchase, and what you can realistically get done with the time and resources you have.

A focused review and priorities you can act on.
let’s look at it
together.

Let's take a look
at your store.

You’ve spent a lot of time looking at it.
A fresh set of eyes can be useful.

I’ll walk through the shopping experience, point out what feels unclear or gets in the way, and help you decide what deserves your attention first.

A good place to start if: you have a live Shopify or BigCommerce store and products available to buy, but want a clearer view of what to improve. Recent visitors or orders give us useful context; there’s no minimum traffic requirement.

What happens after?

You’ll leave with annotated screenshots, a prioritized action list, and a 45-minute conversation about the findings. You can make the changes yourself, share the list with your team, or ask me to scope implementation separately. Additional work is optional and quoted separately.

The $350 price is an introductory pilot rate for the scope above. Findings are delivered within five business days after receiving the access needed; we’ll arrange the conversation separately. This is a storefront and UX review, rather than an advertising or traffic-acquisition audit. It can identify improvements, but doesn’t guarantee sales.

A little contextbecause experience matters.

I've been the founder with the big vision and the very long to-do list.

I founded You Go Natural in 2016 and led a consumer brand from an idea to more than $25 million in lifetime revenue, with products in Target, CVS, and Bloomingdale's.

That experience informs the way I work now. I think about the brand, the customer, and what it will actually take to get something done. Sometimes that means a bigger conversation. Sometimes it means fixing the product page.

I’m the former founder and CEO of YGN and am no longer affiliated with the company.

INSIDE THE WORK

What I’ve worked on: a Shopify-to-BigCommerce migration, custom product and collection pages, mobile layouts, product education, and checkout updates.

The ongoing question: where does the shopping experience help the customer, and where does it make them work?

HOW I LIKE TO WORK

Make it clear.
Make it useful.
Keep the person
on the other side in mind.

That’s how I approach a product page, a brand decision, or a conversation with another founder.

You’ll get specific feedback, an explanation of why it matters, and room to talk through what makes sense for your business.

Good questions welcome.

NOTES FROM THE WORK

A place to
think out loud.

Short notes on building brands, understanding customers, and choosing what deserves your attention.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

The sale doesn’t start at checkout.

A customer can meet your brand in a post, look you up later, and come back when they’re ready. I think about the experience across those moments, not just the page where they finally buy.

Read the note

That’s why I keep coming back to the same question: does this feel like the same brand, and does it help someone understand the product a little better?

A beautiful image can create interest. A useful product page can answer the question that interest brings up. An email can give someone a reason to return. Each has a job to do.

Before adding another touchpoint, I want to know what it helps the customer understand. More content is easy to make. A connected experience takes more thought.

FOUNDER DECISIONS

Before changing everything, ask what changed.

When sales slow down, it’s tempting to start fixing everything at once. I’m learning to pause long enough to separate a traffic question from a shopping-experience question.

Read the note

Are fewer people arriving? Are they coming from a different place? Are the same products still selling through another channel? Those questions give me a more useful starting point than assuming the whole store is the problem.

Sales on one channel don’t prove another channel’s experience works. But they’re a clue worth following before rewriting the product story or rebuilding the site.

I’d rather choose one question, make a focused change, and watch what happens. When I change five things at once, I can end up with more work and less understanding.
